ArcGIS users can subscribe to standard and premium services and instantly access ready-to-use 2D maps, 3D globes, and reference layers via the Web.

Annual subscriptions for ArcGIS Online Services are available for collections and bundles. A collection is a group of 2D and 3D services. A bundle includes one or more collections and additional 2D and 3D services, for example reference layers.

• ArcGIS Online Standard Services are available to ArcGIS users at no cost for internal use (personal or within an organization). If you would like to publish these services externally for commercial purposes, you can do so by purchasing an annual subscription.
• ArcGIS Online Premium Services generally include higher resolution or more current data than standard services and are available by purchasing an annual subscription, regardless of internal or external use.
