This cartographic representation of land use in the Haut-Rhin was conceived to support communication. The map shows the different types of terrain within the region: plains, hillsides with vineyards, and mountains. It identifies, among other features, the contrast between urban and natural zones. The geographic information is represented using a variety of techniques such as slope, hillshade, and overlay. |
