Invitation to Tender

The Biological Data Integration (BIDI) project was developed to

• Review existing biological datasets within the Marine Institute, analyze them with respect to integration within the ArcGIS Marine Data Model, and assess the scientific value of undertaking this process.
• Extend the existing data model to incorporate these biological datasets.
• Develop GIS tools to support the analysis of the various data types stored within the centralized database.

The BIDI project involves a partnership between the Coastal and Marine Resources Centre—University College Cork (UCC) (lead partner), the Marine Institute, and Oregon State University. As part of this ongoing work, the lead partner invites tenders concerning

Capacity building and expert knowledge of the application of the ArcGIS Marine Data Model within the marine domain
