Service Agreements

ESRI services and data are provided under license.

Use of ESRI services must be in compliance with the relevant ESRI license agreement. Please review the terms of the license for the service that you are interested in to ensure compliance.

ESRI Professional Services
ESRI provides professional services including consulting, programming and database services under one of the following contracts, as applicable.

• Implementation Services Terms and Conditions Agreement (G-363-B) [PDF]
  This agreement is generally used for quick turnaround projects that will be performed on a time and materials basis and do not exceed $50,000 in budget.
• Master Services Agreement (E115) [PDF] and Custom Software, Technical Data, and Assistance License Addendum (E600) [PDF]
  This agreement is used for either time and materials efforts that exceed $50,000, project work to be performed on a firm, fixed price basis, or situations where the parties intend to work on more than one project together (whether time and materials or fixed price).

ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program
The ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP) components include technical advisory and GIS strategy consulting, system development and maintenance, learning and service credits, and much more.
