GIS Logistics Toolset
The toolset includes modules for day route planning as well as territory planning and periodic, frequency-based components. ESRI’s logistics toolset can be deployed as desktop or client/server based enterprise applications.
Configuration and Customization
ESRI’s logistics toolset components can be configured to allow for changes to the business rules engine. The Business rules engine is parameter driven and allows for full compatibility with most business optimization objectives in Routing and Scheduling.
The toolset is comprised of these modules:

Combine GPS vehicle tracking and navigation technologies with real-time server communication for support of work order management and dispatching.
Side-of-the-street Routing Tool
The side-of-the-street routing tool can be implemented for postal or paper deliveries as well as meter-reader-routing.

Rich Client Integration
