GIS for Health and Human Services

Join the ESRI Health and Human Services User Group (HUG)

HUG is an active community dedicated to sharing information, ideas, and experiences about ESRI technology in the health and human services industry.

Join the HUG

This 900-member user group fosters collaboration on a global scale, whether they work at the local, state, province, or national level. HUG members play a tremendous role in applying GIS to solve human health challenges.

Why Join HUG?

By joining HUG, you benefit from the intellectual collaboration and personal inspiration of your peers. HUG is a forum for you to discuss challenges about GIS in health and human services. Membership is open to individuals who work for organizations that use ESRI technologies.

As a HUG member, you can easily engage with peers from around the world, as well as ESRI staff. Through a HUG email alias you can discuss and pose questions on topics that interest you most.

You'll stay up-to-date with software news, events, and feature stories in HealthyGIS, a free quarterly newsletter. We encourage you to contribute your project insight and experience by writing an article for the newsletter.

You also have an opportunity to present your work and meet other members at two ESRI conferences—the ESRI International User Conference and at the ESRI Health GIS Conference.
