 Forest Type Map of Wondeok, South Korea
The Korea Forest Research Institute created a map showing the status of the types of forests in Wondeok, an area in Samcheok City, South Korea. Much of the forest in the mountain ranges was burned down by a large wildfire in April 2000.

 Berens River Forest Blowdown Damage Viewscape Analysis
As part of the planning process for the Whitefeather Forest Initiative, the Whitefeather Forest Management Corporation directed the preparation of a computer viewscape analysis of how the blowdown would be seen from various vantage points along the Berens River and what the zone would look like if forestry operations had occurred in the area affected by the tornado.

The Whitefeather Forest is an indigenous cultural landscape of the Pikangikum people. They have achieved this through customary resource stewardship practices and management tools supported by a rich indigenous knowledge tradition.

This map shows the fire history or fire progression of the region of Alaska that is north of the Alaska Range and just west of the Alaska/Canada border from June 24 to July 24.

This map formulates a part of the annual forest development plan (FDP) for Weyerhaeuser Company Ltd., Queen Charlotte Islands Timberlands Unit.
