Brisket's emphasis is on some of the best quality food around, and they are one of the finest gourmet deli restaurants in the Inland Empire. They bake their own fresh beef brisket daily. The fare includes light salads, pepper and vegetable pâtés, mousse truffles, and more. They carry gourmet meats from New York. The owner has a quarter century of experience in the meat business, and Brisket's has the flavor of a New York or Boston old style deli. No dress code.

The FARM offers a memorable dining experience that encompasses a cuisine defined
